Born and raised in Sacramento, Im a proud product of South Sac and a graduate of “3500” Luther Burbank High School-where my love for the game was sharpened by some of the most legendary coaches in women’s basketball this city has ever seen.

That love took me to Jackson State University, the best HBCU in the land, where I earned a D1 scholarship and graduated in 2012. But my journey didn’t stop there.

I started coaching in 2010 and quickly made my mark and gaining a lot of experience. In 2014 I became 1 of 3 black women head coaches in Sac-Joaquin Section and by 2016 I was the youngest black woman to become the Coach of the Year. I’ve coached across elite AAU circuits with Adidas and Nike. I stepped away from the huddle and started covering high school in Sac-Joaquin Section full-time.

I’ve played, I’ve coached, I broadcast live from the sideline the studio showing love to the stories and athletes and go unheard. I do this all with passion, purpose, and perspective. Sports have always been my heartbeat. There’s nothing I love more than talking the game, documenting its culture and sharing the stories that shape it.

From grassroots to greatness, this is for those who know the grind, love the game, and Go Execute!
